When you request an appointment through the scheduling tool, RevenueWell may collect the information you enter and send it to Dental Starz and the practice's connected scheduling or practice-management systems.

Our hosting, security, and interactive-service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, referring page, and access date and time. We use this information to deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.
